The West Peoria Neighborhood Watch will meet on Wednesday, September 8th at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall. Guests for the evening will be members of the SWAT Team from the Peoria County Sheriff’s Department. Deputy Middlemas will give an up-date on any criminal activity in the community.
The West Peoria Neighborhood Watch celebrates their 10th annual “Night Out Against Crime” on Saturday, September 11th from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Franciscan Park. Fun is planned for everyone in the family. Special events include a Bicycle Rodeo. Kids, bring your bikes. The Travelers Protective Assoc. of America will conduct the rodeo which is a bicycle safety program. West Peoria Township will be registering bikes and having a Bicycle Drawing.
